Treasury Operations Analyst

About the role

You handle the daily execution of cash management and reporting while building automated tools and workflows that reduce manual spreadsheet work. The role combines hands-on treasury operations with a strong build and automation focus.

What you will do

• Execute and approve daily cash movements, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization and timely settlement
• Maintain daily cash positioning and reporting across operating, reserve and partner bank accounts
• Manage reserve account funding, confirm contractual compliance and reconcile reserve calculations
• Build and maintain automated cash and liquidity reporting, dashboards and recurring reporting packages
• Pull and validate data from internal systems to keep reporting accurate
• Identify repetitive treasury processes and replace them with scalable automations

What they look for

• Two to five years in treasury operations, corporate treasury, FP&A or a related finance or accounting role
• Strong attention to detail given money movements and compliance-sensitive reporting
• Solid data modeling skills and comfort with large datasets
• Demonstrated experience turning manual processes into scalable automations
• Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn it

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake or Omni
• Exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP or GL systems
