What you will do

• Own, build and run your own fintech startup from the ground up
• Follow a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy
• Get help recruiting through a large professional network and advice from serial founders
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare the company for raising funding
• Iterate on the product until market fit and build a sales or marketing engine

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full ownership of a startup and grow it past 100M in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
