Recruitment Specialist

About the role

A senior individual contributor who runs full hiring rounds from start to finish and leads recruiting projects with wide autonomy, while coaching other recruiters and partnering with hiring managers.

What you will do

• Run complete hiring rounds with hiring managers to fill priority roles across the organisation
• Write job adverts, open roles, source candidates through outreach and build talent networks
• Screen applications, interview candidates, and help managers design and grade test tasks
• Schedule interviews, check references, and manage offers while keeping candidate experience strong
• Track pipeline data and keep hiring rounds on schedule as priorities shift
• Lead process improvement projects and coach managers and less experienced recruiters

• Comfortable taking broader ownership with little close supervision
