Agentic Operator, Growth Marketing

About the role

Build agent pipelines and automation that shorten the time between a growth hypothesis and a signal. Treat AI agents as a programmable workforce so the growth team can run more experiments in parallel and learn faster.

What you will do

• Build agent pipelines that pre-validate concepts through model-evaluated copy variants and synthetic audience testing
• Own the experiment loop from intake and prioritization to instrumentation and readout, accelerated by automation
• Design experimentation processes with falsifiable hypotheses, clean measurement and defined success metrics
• Wire existing tools such as Amplitude, HubSpot, Clay and enrichment layers so signals flow into action
• Integrate frontier language models and workflow tools into production systems that improve over time
• Build infrastructure for running experiments across channels simultaneously to compress the learning cycle

What they look for

• Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization, CAC and LTV, and hypothesis-driven testing
• Experience shipping multi-agent workflows in production rather than personal automation scripts
• Fluency in API-based orchestration, prompt engineering and self-improving feedback loops
• Operational discipline to manage a high-velocity experiment backlog
• Technical fluency to instrument experiments and own tracking systems
