Banking Customer Success Manager

About the role

You own the ongoing relationships with assigned bank and financial institution partners, guiding them toward adoption, value and renewal. The role centres on understanding each customer's goals and keeping the relationship healthy.

What you will do

• Own assigned customer relationships and build a strategy around their goals and priorities
• Grow adoption and effective use by spotting opportunities and barriers and planning around them
• Track customer health using usage, feedback and business results, and handle risks
• Support renewals by keeping sight of timing, health, value and risk factors
• Run recurring business reviews and engage stakeholders, including executives
• Feed customer insights back into internal teams and coordinate support across the company

What they look for

• At least three years in customer success, account management or similar B2B contractual roles
• Experience in banking, fintech or financial services is essential
• Proven record of driving customer outcomes

Nice to have

• Five or more years of relevant experience
