Finance Internal Audit Associate

About the role

Join an internal audit team that gives independent assurance over reported financials and reports to management, the audit and risk committee and external auditors. Audits span many countries and diverse business processes.

What you will do

• Test internal controls over financial reporting across processes such as revenue, financial monitoring and payroll
• Identify control gaps, inconsistencies or fraud indicators, assess significance and help process owners plan remediation
• Prepare clear audit workpapers that support conclusions and meet professional standards
• Communicate audit scope, progress, findings and recommendations to stakeholders and external auditors
• Contribute to audit process improvements, including automated routines using analytical tools and AI
• Present results of process improvement and analytics projects to senior leaders

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related area
• Two or more years in accounting, finance, auditing or similar
• Strong grasp of GAAP or relevant international accounting standards
• Knowledge of internal auditing standards such as IIA and control frameworks such as COSO
• Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills, plus use of AI and data analytics or visualization tools
• Strong analytical, investigative and project management skills in a fast-paced global setting
