Intern Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

About the role

A six month internship supporting recruitment and employer branding. The intern helps attract future talent and improve the candidate journey across departments.

What you will do

• Support the full hiring cycle for permanent roles, internships and working student positions, from screening to scheduling and offers
• Handle candidate communication and keep every touchpoint smooth and high quality
• Spot process improvements and help evaluate and roll out AI tools to speed up recruitment
• Contribute ideas and content to employer branding channels so the company stands out to top talent
• Work with the talent acquisition team and stakeholders on hiring projects, reporting and ad hoc requests

What they look for

• Ongoing studies or a recent degree in business, psychology, human resources or a similar field
• First experience from internships or student jobs in talent acquisition or employer branding
• Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools to streamline processes
• Highly organised working style with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Proactive communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English and German
