Curation Specialist, EMEA

About the role

A curation role that turns a large global course marketplace into focused learning experiences for customers and prospects across EMEA, accounting for language and compliance differences.

What you will do

• Map customer learning goals into course selections, curated lists and learning paths
• Advise sales and customer success teams and support pre-sales calls, RFPs and presentations
• Build reusable programs, documentation and best practices for consistent curation across the region
• Manage relationships with EMEA publishers as main contact and share feedback
• Identify content gaps and quality issues, including localization and regulatory needs
• Keep requests and stakeholder communication organized and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

What they look for

• Strong knowledge of a broad learning content marketplace
• Consultative approach to recommending content and building programs
• Understanding of regional language diversity and compliance needs such as GDPR
• Willingness to travel occasionally, typically under ten percent of the time
