Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

A closing role covering the whole sales cycle for real estate professionals, turning qualified appointments and trial users into long term subscribers of a property data platform.

What you will do

• Own deals end to end, from first discovery conversation through to signature
• Run tailored demos and discovery calls shaped around each prospect's business model
• Walk customers through property search, lead list building, scoring and deal calculations
• Show how owners can be reached through verified contacts, skip tracing, texting and direct mail
• Convert trial and inbound sign ups into paying subscribers on the right plan
• Sell data API access to proptech firms, brokerages, lenders and investor teams

What they look for

• Proven record of closing sales in a fast moving environment
• Familiarity with real estate and property data or proptech
• Comfort running consultative demos and handling objections
• Ability to build own pipeline through prospecting, referrals and networking
• Experience negotiating pricing and terms to close deals

Pay

USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year
