About the role

Drive outbound pipeline generation for a platform that unifies marketing, CRM, transactions and listings for real estate professionals. Cold calling and multi-channel prospecting are central to creating qualified sales conversations.

What you will do

• Make consistent outbound cold calls, handle objections and uncover real opportunities.
• Support phone outreach with email, LinkedIn, video and social channels.
• Qualify prospects on organization, technology, needs, timing and buying intent.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team based on fit and potential.
• Keep accurate outreach and opportunity records in HubSpot and track funnel performance.

• Core strength in outbound prospecting, especially cold calling.
• Comfort speaking with people who did not expect the call and navigating objections.
• Ability to research prospects and judge commercial potential.
• Discipline in multi-touch follow-up and knowing when to change approach.
