What you will do
- Request and organize vendor quotes, purchase orders, deposits and production updates
- Follow up with vendors, warehouses, movers and trade partners on delays, damages and returns
- Maintain project, purchasing and shipping records in Studio Designer
- Coordinate delivery and installation details and keep accurate lists
- Organize digital project folders, samples, specifications and expense documents
- Track deadlines across projects and send concise written status updates

- Polished written and spoken English, including drafting professional emails independently
- Familiarity with construction, renovation, interior design, fashion or a similar creative field
- Strong technology and spreadsheet skills with quick learning of new systems

- Ability to work remotely with reliable overlap to U.S. Eastern time
Nice to have

- Experience with Studio Designer or similar project or procurement software
