Senior Implementation Project Manager, Healthcare Technology

About the role

This role leads complex clinical software rollouts for hospitals, health systems and cancer centres on behalf of a healthcare technology client. It covers the whole implementation journey, from kickoff to go-live and stabilisation.

What you will do

• Run enterprise healthcare software implementations end to end, through go-live and stabilisation
• Build and track project plans, schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables
• Control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests and escalations
• Coordinate clinical, technical, engineering and customer teams across workstreams
• Oversee configuration, clinical workflow checks, testing and deployment readiness
• Handle integrations and data exchange, then lead cutover, go-live and post-launch support

What they look for

• Five or more years managing enterprise software implementations or complex technical projects
• Experience leading healthcare software rollouts in hospitals or clinical settings
• A track record with multi-site deployments and many stakeholders
• Skills in scope, timeline, risk, dependency and change management
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR and APIs, plus HIPAA and healthcare data privacy
• Strong communication, leadership and problem solving, and willingness to travel domestically

Nice to have

• Experience with oncology information systems, radiation oncology software or treatment planning
