  • Build project plans, track timelines and dependencies, flag risks early and keep projects on schedule
  • Use Monday, Confluence and Claude to organize work and automate parts of the process
  • Run client meetings, get stakeholders to finish their tasks and keep hospital teams moving
  • Train surgeons, clinicians and admin staff, and update client leadership on progress
