National Director, Integrated Specialty Practices

About the role

Leads business development and strategic growth for national accounts in urology and community oncology, improving outcomes through diagnostic and therapeutic solutions. Drives a cohesive national strategy with strong regional and local execution.

What you will do

• Grow and manage relationships with key national accounts and integrated specialty practice partners
• Build and run national account strategies that increase growth, market reach and long term value
• Work with Regional Directors so national plans align with local execution at affiliated accounts
• Guide Regional Directors on complex account dynamics, deal strategy and escalation handling
• Coordinate cross functional teams and new business opportunities to maximize market potential
• Create and lead multi year national strategies while meeting financial and performance targets

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree
• Deep knowledge of contract development, negotiation, execution and implementation across national accounts
• Experience with specialty networks and integrated practice partners
• Strong project management skills for coordinating cross functional work
• Ability to coach and advise regional leaders on complex accounts
• Knowledge of competitors, technology and industry trends
