Director, Insights (TV & Streaming)

About the role

Leads insight work for media clients, assessing video and digital investments across cost, quality and governance to surface recommendations that improve media value. Acts as the main insights contact for assigned accounts.

What you will do

• Own client deliverables, shaping narratives, visuals and well-prepared meetings
• Produce insights and recommendations that raise the value clients get from media
• Serve as lead insights contact for assigned clients, running findings presentations and follow-ups
• Work with client partners and account executives on retention and growth
• Coordinate with clients' agencies so projects run smoothly
• Manage and mentor an associate director while supporting senior consultants and consultants

What they look for

• Ten or more years in omni-channel strategy, investment or integrated video and digital media
• Solid grasp of media investment approaches, implementation practice and market trends
• Analytical thinking plus storytelling skill, able to interpret data into usable recommendations
• Experience serving large clients above 100 million USD
• Hands-on with media tools such as Mediaocean, Kantar, AdIntel and MBox
• Familiarity with measurement and currency partners, DSPs, reach and frequency programs and ad verification vendors
