Marketing Manager, B2B Demand Generation

About the role

Owns B2B marketing for a services company, setting go-to-market strategy and running demand generation that turns leads into closed deals. Leads a small team and works closely with sales and business development.

What you will do

• Run hands-on demand generation, lead nurture and conversion work tied to growth targets
• Plan and manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, account-based marketing and webinars
• Lead, coach and develop a small group of marketing specialists and coordinators
• Align with sales on pipeline goals, lead scoring and the marketing-to-sales handoff
• Oversee content such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts and thought leadership
• Report on funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, acquisition cost and campaign return

What they look for

• Five or more years in B2B marketing, with two to three years leading people or teams
• At least three years marketing to the U.S. market, or five years across North America
• A proven record in B2B services marketing
• Background in BPO, IT services or professional and managed services with recurring contract revenue

Pay

USD 50,000 to 65,000 per year
