Demand Generation Manager, B2B Pipeline

About the role

Own multi-channel demand generation programs that create qualified B2B pipeline and revenue. The role bridges marketing and sales, covering campaigns, nurturing, paid acquisition and pipeline performance.

What you will do

• Plan and run demand generation campaigns across several channels
• Build lead nurture and lifecycle marketing programs
• Work with sales to define ideal customer profiles and targeting
• Create lead scoring and qualification frameworks
• Track funnel conversion and report campaign ROI to leadership
• Improve marketing automation and CRM workflows through testing

What they look for

• At least four years in B2B marketing or demand generation
• Track record of producing measurable sales pipeline
• Solid grasp of B2B sales and marketing funnels
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, scoring and qualification
• Strong analytical skills and clear English communication
