You will lead frontline staff who handle release of information requests, making sure work is accurate, timely and compliant. The role covers workflow coordination, quality checks and coaching, in partnership with the service delivery manager.

What you will do
- Coach and motivate frontline and global staff to hit daily productivity and quality targets
- Run daily huddles and assign work based on staffing, queues and aging
- Monitor dashboards and adjust workflows to keep turnaround and on time delivery goals
- Carry out quality checks and retrain staff where errors or procedure deviations appear
- Enforce compliance and escalate privacy or risk concerns immediately
- Support onboarding, training and continuous improvement efforts
