Serve as the operating backbone of the finance function at a growing care organisation, owning day-to-day financial operations and building scalable processes while partnering with executive leadership.

What you will do
- Run daily finance operations including monthly close, billing, payroll, payables, receivables, commissions and cash management
- Own forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, and prepare investor, board and management reports
- Support and eventually own accounting workflows alongside external accounting partners
- Assess current workflows, find inefficiencies and put scalable improvements in place
- Partner with strategy, operations and expansion teams on pricing, margins and unit economics
- Evaluate and champion finance technology, including AI-powered tools, to improve efficiency
