What you will do
- Own the vision, AI roadmap and delivery of EHR and eMAR features from documentation to medication administration
- Supervise product managers and business analysts, including development plans and performance reviews
- Turn clinical expertise into requirements for order management, controlled substance records and hospice care planning
- Ensure documentation meets state licensing surveys, CMS conditions and Medicare hospice requirements
- Work with engineering on interoperability such as HL7 and FHIR, pharmacy and lab integrations
- Set adoption, documentation and medication accuracy metrics and refine them using usage data
