B2B Sales Development Representative

About the role

A remote outbound sales role placing you directly inside a client's team, owning prospect conversations and pushing deals toward a close.

What you will do

• Run large volumes of outbound outreach by phone, email and social channels
• Qualify business leads, find decision makers and uncover their needs
• Move conversations toward signed deals and handle pushback from buyers
• Arrange and confirm meetings with suitable prospects
• Keep CRM records accurate in tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Partner with sales colleagues to sharpen messaging and outreach tactics

What they look for

• Three or more years in business to business sales, development or closing roles
• A record of closing deals or strongly influencing them
• Hands on outbound experience, with cold calling being essential
• Strong spoken and written persuasion skills
• Comfort with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Self driven, resilient and comfortable in a target driven setting
