Deliver second level post-sales support for protection and control products such as relays, meters and related software in utility and industrial power systems. Act as the link between first line care, field service and senior engineers.

What you will do
- Provide daily technical support and case management by phone, email and other channels
- Investigate and reproduce technical problems and work with product line teams to close cases
- Partner with senior engineering teams on escalated investigations and document findings
- Advise customers on upgrading obsolete products
- Keep records in quality management and CRM tools and track RMA status
- Prepare knowledge base articles, case reports and customer metric summaries

- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Willingness to travel up to a quarter of the time
- Ability to work on-call or adjusted hours for customer support
Nice to have
- Two or more years in power system protection and control
- Understanding of industrial and utility protection, control and communication applications
- Experience with Multilin protection and control products
- Protection and control testing via secondary injection methods
