What you will do
- Plan, build, launch and run performance campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Work backwards from booking and revenue goals to set lead volume, acquisition cost and conversion targets
- Track and optimise campaign metrics, conversion rates and acquisition efficiency
- Run structured split tests on campaign structure, ad copy and creative variants
- Turn raw photo and video assets into ad creative built to drive bookings
- Set up the paid acquisition framework before launch and keep tuning performance

- Specialist-level knowledge of the Facebook and Instagram advertising ecosystems
