Full-Cycle Sales Representative

About the role

First dedicated sales hire owning the whole funnel from prospecting to close for a software product serving field service and operations businesses. Reports directly to the founder and shapes how the sales function is built.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound leads quickly by phone, email and SMS as the sales process requires
• Run discovery calls on pain, current tools, decision process, timeline and budget
• Give product demos with support from customer success, then send proposals and quotes and chase signatures
• Close software subscriptions as well as professional services and onboarding packages
• Research target accounts, build call lists and run cold and warm outbound calls and emails

What they look for

• Excellent spoken English and confidence to lead live demos and discovery calls alone
• Self-directed with a high ownership mindset, comfortable as the only salesperson reporting to a founder
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to follow a documented sales process without reminders
• Reliable availability during US business hours and strong outbound phone skills
