Customer Service Advisor (Norwegian Speaker)

About the role

A remote support role for Norwegian-speaking customers, acting as the first point of contact when something needs resolving. The job rewards patience and clear communication.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer issues as the first point of contact
• Keep case notes and internal systems accurate and up to date
• Decide when to escalate a case and when to resolve it directly
• Resolve problems efficiently while keeping quality high
• Support a collaborative team atmosphere

What they look for

• Fluency in Norwegian
• Permission to work in the country without sponsorship
• Eligibility to work in the EU through citizenship, a valid permit or equivalent

Nice to have

• Some previous customer-facing experience
