Affiliate and Partnerships Manager

About the role

A manager role focused on expanding affiliate and traffic partnerships while supporting media buying. The person will grow commercial revenue across an international, fast-moving marketing team.

What you will do

• Find and pitch advertisers, agencies, publishers and affiliates, turning them into revenue partners
• Create tailored media packages and negotiate pricing, volumes, placements and test budgets
• Handle campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets and optimization across traffic sources
• Track funnel metrics and decide what to scale, adjust, cut or pause
• Work with product, BI, creative and engineering on funnels, offers and A/B tests
• Represent the company at international conferences and research new markets

What they look for

• At least three years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing or media sales
• Record of growing affiliate accounts and acquiring new partners
• Strong commercial negotiation ability
• Familiarity with CPM, CPC, CPA/PPS and revenue share models
• Comfort working in a fast-changing, fully remote international team
