Director, Programmatic Sales

About the role

A sales leadership role focused on growing demand for display and video ad inventory among agencies, brands and trading desks across a major metropolitan region. The goal is to hit or surpass revenue targets.

What you will do

• Gain a deep grasp of the product range and explain how its differences help clients
• Cultivate ties with decision makers at brands, agencies and trading desks
• Plan and carry out sales approaches aimed at qualified prospects
• Coordinate with account managers so accounts are well served and revenue grows
• Serve as the link between the market and internal teams to guide product evolution

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree and background in digital media or digital advertising
• Eight or more years in online programmatic ad sales, with at least five in a sales role
• Record of owning and expanding a large strategic territory against team and personal targets
• Deep programmatic industry experience with demonstrated business growth impact
• A strong buy-side contact network built on trust and rapport
• Experience selling CPA, CPC and CPM campaigns

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers and optimization platforms

Pay

USD 135,000 to 155,000 per year
