Sales Development Representative, Home Services

About the role

Act as the front line of an electrical services team, turning inquiries into booked jobs. Own the front-end sales pipeline and coordinate schedules so customers get a premium experience.

What you will do

• Handle the full lead generation cycle, answering inquiries by phone, text and email
• Follow up on unsold estimates, overcome objections and secure bookings
• Collect and process project deposits within the CRM
• Book and manage appointments to keep the technical team's schedule full
• Coordinate technician schedules and updates as a central dispatcher
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and pipeline stages

• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or beating targets
• Professional English fluency with strong written and verbal communication
• A team player mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems
• Reliability and punctuality during Pacific Time business hours
• Ability to build rapport fast and handle objections confidently

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service CRM platforms
• Background in home services or the electrical trade
