Payments Specialist

About the role

Handle client money movements for a brokerage, keeping deposits, withdrawals and transfers compliant while supporting clients and internal teams.

What you will do

• Process and track client deposits, withdrawals and transfers in line with regulations
• Keep CRM and platform records accurate and up to date
• Escalate problems to the back office manager when they occur
• Help investigate client requests and complaints promptly
• Support onboarding and support teams with client questions
• Work with compliance and risk colleagues on specific cases

What they look for

• About one year in payments, transactions or similar financial operations
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving setting
• Availability for rotating shifts Monday to Friday in UTC+8 hours

Nice to have

• Prior client-facing communication experience
• Customer support background, ideally in forex, CFDs or financial services
