Client Solutions Lead

About the role

Own client solutions end to end, turning real business problems into deliverable data and BI proposals and ensuring what is sold matches what gets built.

What you will do

• Lead discovery and scoping to uncover the real business problem and constraints
• Own the approach, deliverables, assumptions, risks, team and effort behind proposals
• Decide when a solution is ready to sell or needs specialist validation
• Shape the commercial case with Sales, including business case and pricing assumptions
• Lead presentations, workshops and demos for business and technical stakeholders
• Build handovers for signed deals and review outcomes to improve future proposals

• Experience leading complex client work in consulting, solution design, pre-sales or delivery
• Understanding of modern data platforms and BI
• Energy, curiosity and healthy skepticism
• Ability to balance scope, ambition, commercial pressure and delivery reality
• Clear communication of complex data work to varied stakeholders

Benefits

• Salary between EUR 85,000 and 90,000 gross per year
• EUR 5,000 yearly growth budget with discretion over spending
