What you will do
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses for monthly and quarterly close
- Manage lease accounting schedules under ASC 842, including expirations, renewals and period-end adjustments
- Maintain corporate debt schedules, tracking interest accruals and fee calculations
- Oversee the fixed asset lifecycle from capitalization reviews to depreciation and retirements
- Prepare disclosure schedules for quarterly and annual filings

- At least one year using cloud-based accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Solid grasp of accrual accounting principles under US GAAP

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management

- Experience with Oracle Fusion
