Marketing Technology and Consumer Data Product Manager, CRM Governance

About the role

Owns a marketing technology and consumer data product domain from strategy through delivery, covering CRM and related platforms. The role sets governance, performance measures and operating models while guiding a product team.

What you will do

• Own the product domain end to end, covering strategy, operating model design and continuous improvement
• Set the roadmap, priorities and success metrics in line with business goals
• Direct backlog intake and delivery so capabilities arrive on schedule and scale well
• Track adoption and performance through KPIs, reporting and risk remediation
• Work with IT, privacy, legal, security, analytics and marketing partners
• Lead and coach product managers and strategists, setting clear ownership

What they look for

• At least five years in product management, marketing technology or consumer data
• Hands-on record of owning product domains or platforms rather than advising
• Experience building operating models and delivering enterprise-scale results
• Familiarity with marketing technology such as CRM, CDP, CMP and personalisation
• Ability to turn business strategy into scalable product capabilities
• Strong analytical, decision-making and executive communication skills
