Creative Director, Brand Narrative

About the role

Lead a new brand narrative team that turns strategy, product truths, customer insight and culture into original concepts for major launches, campaigns and brand moments. The role combines hands-on creative work with building the team and its culture.

What you will do

• Originate and lead big creative ideas, working with product and brand marketing from brief to concept
• Stay hands-on in your own craft and partner with motion and production, staying involved in scripts, visual development and final edits
• Build audience and distribution thinking into concepts so work fits where people encounter it

What they look for

• Background in art direction, design or copywriting
• Deep experience in film-led storytelling
• Ability to develop exceptional concepts and recognise the best idea regardless of its source
• Comfort working collaboratively rather than developing ideas alone and handing them off
• Strength in leading concept development and thoughtful critique
