- Lead project designs and direct architects and designers to complete work to accepted practice and company standards
- Develop and maintain Revit standards, templates and libraries
- Mentor architects and designers and support their learning
- Manage discipline project budgets using work breakdown structures
- Supervise project personnel and report budget and schedule forecasts to managers and clients
