- Embed performance thinking into delivery plans before code is written
- Set thresholds, metrics and SLOs that define pass or fail
- Design and build performance tests for single services at production scale
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD to catch regressions early
- Build reusable performance tests as code, with templates and utilities
- Root-cause regressions by reading logs and tracing requests across distributed systems
