What you will do

• Take charge of commercial results and customer satisfaction for strategic private sector accounts, covering adoption, renewal and expansion
• Create multi-year account plans tied to each customer's security goals, forecast renewals and spot upsell and cross-sell chances
• Design and scale programs and playbooks that embed the cyber portfolio into customer workflows, and mentor junior success staff
• Cultivate executive relationships with security leaders through briefings, demos, business reviews and regular check-ins
• Serve as a platform expert and trusted advisor so engagements go beyond basic features to real outcomes
• Use data to anticipate retention and growth risks, and turn customer feedback into product recommendations

What they look for

• Three or more years in enterprise software or SaaS customer success or account management, including a portfolio of accounts
• Track record supporting renewals and finding expansion opportunities across accounts
• Strong communication of complex ideas, spoken and written, to technical and non-technical audiences including senior decision makers
• Collaborative worker who partners with sales, product and engineering and executes independently on competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree
