Own a book of public sector enterprise accounts, guiding them from trial through rollout and ongoing use. Help customers in law enforcement and government get value from the platform while growing adoption and revenue.

What you will do

• Guide enterprise accounts through trial, implementation and continued service to widen adoption
• Build lasting ties with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors through meetings, reports and events
• Learn customer priorities so they get the most from the platform
• Spot chances to upsell and cross-sell inside existing accounts
• Lift net revenue retention with proactive engagement and expansion work
• Explain new features and product updates and encourage their uptake

What they look for

• Eight or more years in enterprise software or SaaS customer success or account management
• Direct experience serving the public sector, such as government, law enforcement or public safety
• Hands-on product support experience at the user level
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
• Strong organisation, time management and relationship building skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication with close attention to detail
