What you will do
- Own relationships with assigned customers across their lifecycle
- Lead onboarding and the handover from implementation to support
- Track engagement, satisfaction, and account health, and address risks
- Handle queries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Run regular check-ins and support retention and renewals
- Keep CRM records accurate and report on success metrics
