Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts

About the role

Own a set of major enterprise accounts, guiding adoption, value delivery, renewals and expansion. The role anchors a newly formed commercial customer success function focused on measurable outcomes.

What you will do

• Map stakeholders, budget owners, sponsors and champions across the customer's business units
• Build joint success plans with dated milestones and measurable outcomes
• Run business and executive reviews that show progress and confirm value
• Coordinate partners, services, support and product to clear adoption blockers
• Lead renewal negotiations, including pricing and contract talks, for assigned accounts
• Track account health and risks, and pass qualified expansion cases to sales

What they look for

• Five or more years in customer success, account management or consulting with enterprise software clients
• Proven record of retaining and growing revenue in complex, multi stakeholder accounts
• Confidence working with executives on outcomes, priorities, value and commercial topics
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
