Senior Integrated Campaign Manager

About the role

A senior individual contributor who owns the whole campaign function end to end, from nurture and webinars to events and account-based plays. The person builds new motions from scratch and makes them repeatable.

What you will do

• Handle the campaign side of messaging launches, including landing pages, sequences, retargeting and follow-up tracked in Salesforce
• Build outbound sequences by segment, tailoring the pitch to each kind of buyer
• Turn threat research into campaign material such as nurture tracks, webinar programs and follow-up motions
• Run pre-event and post-event motions for conferences, and maintain account-based plays against named targets

What they look for

• Six or more years in B2B marketing, several of them in demand generation, campaigns or marketing operations at a software firm
• Hands-on HubSpot skills, having built workflows, managed lists and lifecycle stages, fixed form capture issues and created reports
• Comfort with Salesforce, including lead and contact syncing and where attribution breaks
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools for research, drafting, repurposing content, building assets and analyzing data
• Enough technical curiosity to learn security, or existing knowledge of the security market
• Comfort with ambiguity and with owning work before any playbook exists
