Senior Manager, Growth and Strategic Initiatives

A senior, high visibility position supporting the growth agenda of insurance, asset management and actuarial practices. The role turns growth ambitions and leadership priorities into executed initiatives.

What you will do

• Coordinate business side activity for acquisitions and other inorganic growth efforts with corporate development teams
• Research and assess potential acquisition and investment targets across practices and regions
• Build the strategic rationale and business case, including synergies, fit and risks, and steer internal approvals
• Manage due diligence on targets, coordinating business input and commercial analysis
• Lead integration planning and governance on the business side once deals close
• Support other strategic projects on the growth agenda
