What you will do
- Source and build a pipeline of acquisition targets such as clinics, practice assets and joint ventures
- Lead deals through the full lifecycle, from outreach and due diligence to LOI and closing
- Resolve obstacles such as physician dynamics, regulatory hurdles and valuation issues
- Analyze markets, whitespace and physician supply and demand to find expansion opportunities
- Track competitor activity and turn insights into growth responses
