  • Own the 12 to 24 month retail roadmap: new retailers, channels, international growth, systems and 3PL capacity
  • Track a cross-account scorecard (OTIF, fill rate, lead time, chargebacks, freight cost) and report monthly
  • Run the chargeback and deduction prevention program, fixing root causes with 3PLs and carriers
  • Lead retail order-to-cash with Sales, Accounting and Planning across EDI, NetSuite and retailer portals
