What you will do

Own product strategy for production shipping and define vertical-specific roadmaps
Close legacy gaps and advance the platform for high-volume, multi-site and compliance-heavy workflows
Drive success and retention for more than 400 strategic enterprise accounts
Support field sales on consultative deals with product expertise, demos and ROI narratives
Turn customer insight into requirements, user stories and prioritization frameworks
Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, sales, partnerships and customer success

Six to ten years in product management, including three or more in logistics, supply chain or shipping technology
Deep knowledge of production shipping workflows, multi-location fulfillment, carrier routing and optimization
Vertical knowledge in at least one of pharma, retail, third-party logistics or manufacturing
Executive-level communication with VP and C-suite stakeholders
Full product lifecycle ownership from research and requirements to launch and adoption
Platform thinking that balances scalability with customization

Nice to have

Experience with multicarrier parcel management, enterprise TMS or WMS, or ERP and WMS integrations such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Manhatta
Background in pharma compliance, proof of delivery workflows or healthcare integrations
Third-party logistics platform experience with multi-tenant and client billing models
Experience leading large migrations from legacy to modern platforms
