Lead pricing activity across multiple projects, preparing compliant and competitive proposals for federal, non-profit and commercial clients. The role also improves pricing processes and tools.
What you will do
- Independently develop cost and price proposals for federal, non-profit and commercial opportunities from solicitation review to submission
- Analyse solicitation requirements, contract structures and risks to shape pricing strategy
- Build and maintain complex pricing models, cost estimates and financial analyses
- Prepare cost volumes, basis of estimate documentation, pricing narratives and supporting schedules
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals and perform cost and price analyses
- Revise pricing processes and adopt analytical and AI enabled tools to improve efficiency and proposal quality
What they look for
- Six years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience pricing FFP, T&M, cost reimbursement and IDIQ contracts
- Experience with federal contract vehicles such as GSA MAS, GWACs, IDIQs and BPAs
