What you will do

  • Help run the yearly operating budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range plans alongside business leaders
  • Put together monthly reporting packs with detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast and last year
  • Build and maintain models for business cases and scenario planning
  • Work with Accounting on month-end close and reconciling results
  • Team up with department heads to review performance and spot ways to improve operations

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, maths, actuarial science, statistics or economics
  • At least 3 years of progressive financial analysis or FP&An experience
  • Healthcare background, ideally in a health plan, managed care or medical group
  • Hands-on work with cost allocation, cost accounting or departmental cost analysis
  • Strong grasp of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and modelling
  • Expert Excel skills plus PowerPoint, Word and Access, with basic database knowledge

Nice to have

  • 5 or more years of progressive FP&An or financial analysis experience
