Senior Principal Cloud Architect

About the role

A senior cloud and identity specialist role focused mainly on AWS, combining hands-on engineering with customer support. The person ensures cloud services and automation are delivered, working, and documented.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain multi-cloud setups spanning AWS, Azure and GCP
• Act as the identity and Okta subject matter expert for the lab
• Manage certificate infrastructure and DNS for the lab
• Set up and run AWS multi-tenant accounts with networking, identity, governance and security
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure as code delivery
• Serve as a third-tier escalation point and keep customers informed

What they look for

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
• At least ten years of related experience
• Hands-on AWS multi-tenant work using Terraform, Ansible or YAML
• Experience designing and implementing Okta identity federation
• Practical work deploying certificate authorities and running DNS
• Cloud networking knowledge including Zscaler, routing, VPCs, security groups and Route53

• Okta workflow automation experience
