A senior designer takes charge of product and brand design on a small team, working alongside product, engineering and the founders. The role is a senior individual contributor position that reports to the Head of Product and is fully remote.

What you will do
- Design complete product flows, covering information architecture, all states such as empty, error and permissions, and interactive prototype
- Improve the visual quality of screens that carry dense data
- Create and maintain a documented design system in Figma
- Deliver clear specs engineers can build from, and follow work through launch by reviewing the shipped result
- Handle brand and marketing design, including the website, sales decks, one-pagers and social
- Run discovery and usability testing together with product, engineering and customers
