What you will do
- Partner with revenue cycle operations and use market research to shape requirements and the product roadmap
- Collect and record user needs and build business cases covering revenue yield and productivity savings
- Support funding and approval requests presented to the IT steering committee
- Work with engineering to ship prioritized features within agile and DevOps practices
- Create, maintain and share prioritized product and team backlogs
- Coordinate deliverables with global teams and help prepare marketing materials and product demos
