Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching

About the role

A senior program manager partners with health coaching leadership on strategy, business planning and continuous improvement. The role turns priorities into operating plans and measurable gains in coach and member outcomes, performance and cost to serve.

What you will do

• Document and manage business priorities, governance plans, schedules, success criteria and milestones
• Identify owners, set completion dates and build mechanisms to keep programs on track
• Resolve issues that affect care teams or member experience and threaten strategic goals
• Build relationships across care delivery, clinical, finance, legal, HR and product teams
• Anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs and manage escalations
• Facilitate decisions and alignment among a broad group of stakeholders

• Ability to drive programs end to end with minimal guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication, including well-reasoned data-driven proposals
• Skill at analyzing data to scope projects and evaluate existing processes
• Discretion with confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to influence change internally and externally
